Job Description:   Noble Street College Prep is excited to launch a wrestling program and is seeking a dedicated and passionate Wrestling Coach to build and lead the team. This is an incredible opportunity to develop a program from the ground up and positively impact student-athletes through the sport of wrestling.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive wrestling program that fosters skill development, sportsmanship, and a competitive mindset.

Plan and lead structured practices, focusing on technique, conditioning, and match strategies.

Establish a positive team culture that emphasizes discipline, hard work, and respect.

Recruit and encourage student participation in the wrestling program.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes, including proper training techniques and injury prevention.

Schedule and coordinate matches, tournaments, and team travel in collaboration with the athletic department.

Adhere to all school, conference, and state athletic regulations.

Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration regarding schedules, expectations, and team updates.
